Is shipping really free?

How long does shipping take?

At the moment you can expect approx. 5-8 working days. However, it is usually a little quicker.

Can I track the shipping of my order?

Yes. You will also receive a tracking link with the shipping confirmation.

Can I get the posters framed?

You can order a matching frame for a poster. The print and frame will be delivered in two separate packages.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Germany. Other countries will follow soon.

What happens if the poster was damaged during shipping?

No problem. Simply send us an email with the photo of the packaging and the damaged poster to hello@studiosawade.com. We'll take care of the rest and replace the poster for free!
